College Coaches from Div. 1, Div. 2, and Div. 3 will be providing instruction

*You need to bring your own catcher*

Individual Camp Features:

Pitching
Instruction will feature the fundamentals of pitching including but not limited to: proper warm-up, form spins and locations. Pitchers will also with catchers.

Hitting
Instruction will feature the fundamentals of hitting including but not limited to: Timing, Tracking and Techniques.

Infield
Instruction will feature the fundamentals of infield including but not limited to: fielding mechanics, throwing and position play.

Outfield
Instruction will feature the fundamentals of outfield including but not limited to: fielding mechanics, throwing and position play.

Lindsay's Law Information:

In accordance with this law, the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Department of Education, the Ohio High School Athletic Association, the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Cardiology and other stakeholders jointly developed guidelines and other relevant materials to inform and educate students and youth athletes participating in or desiring to participate in an athletic activity, their parents, and their coaches about the nature and warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest.

 

YSU softball camps are open to any and all participants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender, as required by NCAA rules.
