2017-2018 Individual Camps

The Youngstown State softball program is offering three individual winter camps during the 2017-18 school year. All camps are open to any and all entrants. On a first come first serve basis.

Individual Camp Features

  • YSU coaches to provide hitting, catching, and pitching instruction.
  • NCAA Informational Session
  • Fundamentals of hitting, catching, and pitching.

YSU softball camps are open to any and all participants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender, as required by NCAA rules.

In accordance with this law, the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Department of Education, the Ohio High School Athletic Association, the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Cardiology and other stakeholders jointly developed guidelines and other relevant materials to inform and educate students and youth athletes participating in or desiring to participate in an athletic activity, their parents, and their coaches about the nature and warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest.
